Outstanding job well done on the Fish Fry Dinners. Thanks to VFW, LOV-S and Duwel Association members who have stepped up and averaged 450 dinners per week. Making this the best years ever.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Nomination of Officers is coming up in the month of April and voting in May. QUARTERMASTER, Position needs to be filled in order to keep the Post open. Five to ten hours a week we will teach you how to do the job. You will have “Two Assistants.”

Candles for Sale: Bill Grote makes candles and is selling them at the Canteen Bar. All profits go to VFW. Members say they are terrific. Give them a try.
This was a record year. Thanks to all who volunteered and those who came down and ate the delicious meals.

We are doing a 50/50 raffle every Friday night and we are raffling a Kimber gun, see Doug for tickets. Our next meeting is Thurs, 4/5 at 7:00pm. We need your help for many events at our Post, come the meeting and bring your ideas to help the Post.

LOVE OUR VETERANS –SOCIETY
Thanks to all members who volunteered and those who brought desserts for the Fish Fry Dinners. This was a GREAT YEAR. 4/14: LOV-s All You Can Eat Breakfast $8, volunteers welcome to help. We have two exciting events for April: Mystery Feast on Saturday, 4/7 and Corn hole Tournament on April 14th. If you can volunteer for either event, please give me a call.

POST HELPING VETERANS & AREA NEEDY
The Post has helped in January and February: 39 Veterans and families with VA assistance, driving to Veterans facilities and assisting with paper work and finances. People helped thru Charitable Events using the Canteen, Event Center. Every Thursday at noon AA meets here. We have given out over $4,95.60 in January and February for our veteran members, local area needy, etc. This is what we are here for – to help! Post needs your help to step up and get active a few hrs. Each month!
Need volunteers to help clean up and maintain our Post.
