September was a great month for our Post. The Cruise in’s, Craft Show, LOVS Breakfast, Wrestling and Friday & Saturday night music at the Cabana were all a success. I want to thank everyone who worked to make all these events a success. October brings our 62 Gun Raffle, Lov-s breakfast and our Halloween Party. We really need your help to sell our 62 Gun Raffle tickets before Oct. 20th. Please see Doug Sandlin, Bill Floyd or myself. Please help us sell it out. Thank you.

JUNIOR VICE / FACILITY MANAGER
September was another busy month. We had our big monthly cruise in with 49 cars. We had lots a good music and the LOVS Ladies had their first Craft & Vendor Show.
October is going to be busy also. We are having our Big Gun Raffle, Oct. 20th. There is going to be a Halloween Party Oct. 27th with 5 prizes to the best costumes, music by Garry T Woolery & The backstage Pass. Oct. 21st we need volunteers to help take the cabana down for the winter, starting at 12pm. Football Party Sundays through Oct. 14th @ the cabana. Bring your favorite snack & have fun. Stay tune for lots of exciting things this winter & for 2019. Everybody stay safe and see you at the post.

We are raffling a Kimber gun, only 125 tickets sold @ $20/ticket, see Doug for tickets. Our next meeting is Thurs, 10/4 at 7:00pm. Thank you to all of our volunteers that cooked and served the food at the Cabana on Sundays this summer.
We need your help for many events at our Post, come to the meeting and bring your ideas to help the Post.

LOVE OUR VETERANS –SOCIETY
Thank you to the volunteers who made our First Craft Show a success! Your time making signs, baking for the bake sales and your hours working the show are very much appreciated. LOV-s All You Can Eat Breakfast, Oct 13th $8, 8am – 11:30 am. Our next meeting is 10/25, 7pm. We always need volunteers for events at our post, please help when you can. The Veterans Dinner will be Sat, Nov. 10, the Grubb Sisters will be preparing the food again this year. Contact Bev (513) 352-6182 if you can volunteer to help.

POST HELPING VETERANS & AREA NEEDY
In September, the Post has helped 241 Veterans and families with VA assistance, driving to Veterans facilities and assisting with paper work and finances. People helped thru Charitable Events using the Canteen and Event Center. Every Thursday at noon AA meets here. We have given out over $4,419.60 in September for our veteran members, local area needy, etc. Care packages sent this month to approx. 100. This is what we are here for – to help! Post needs your help to step up and get active a few hrs. Each month!
